Abstract
Facing issues with high structural complexity and multiple stakeholders who have different views on these issues has led to the use of a system methodology to improve the understanding of the nature of the problem and its solution. This study aims to investigate the influencing factors on the management of value creation in urban transportation networks and specifically the urban metro network, buses and internet taxis by using soft systems methodology. In addition to the complexity and the existence of multiple stakeholders, the importance of using systemic methodologies has increased. In this regard, the rich picture of the nature of the research problem, the basic definitions with the agreement and participation of the owners of the problem, were collected through interview sessions with experts in this field, and finally, the conceptual model of value creation in the urban transportation network was presented. The results showed that if it is possible to implement urban transportation projects, operation and maintenance of urban transportation projects and infrastructures, and it seems that by correcting these things in the urban transportation network, the costs of this organization in the urban transportation network will decrease on average.
