چکیده

این پژوهش باهدف تحلیل و بررسی سازوکارهای موثر در توسعه کارآفرینی در شرکت‌های تعاونی کشاورزی در ایران انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- پیمایشی بود که به شیوه میدانی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کارشناسان شرکتهای تعاونی کشاورزی در ایران در نیمه اول سال 1401بودند که حجم آن‌ها 100000 نفر بود و بر اساس فرمول کوکران حداکثر حجم نمونه 384 نفر برآورد شد. همچنین روش نمونه‌گیری در این تحقیق روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بود و پرسشنامهها به‌صورت مجازی توزیع شدند. روش نمونه‌گیری در این تحقیق روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بود، بدین‌صورت پس از گرفتن نامه از دانشگاه و مراجعه به سازمان مرکزی تعاونی ایران و قرار دادن لینک پرسشنامه در اختیار آن‌ها، لینک پرسشنامه از طرف مرکز به کارکنان تعاونیها ارسال گردید. در این تحقیق، از روشهای تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه و آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه توسط اساتید تائید شد و پایایی پرسشنامه بالای 7/0 به دست آمد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که سازههای اقتصادی، روانی و اجتماعی، زیرساختی، اداری- سازمانی و آموزشی توانستند 54 درصد از تغییرات متغیر توسعه کارآفرینی در شرکتهای تعاونی کشاورزی در ایران را پیشبینی کنند. در بین سازههای مذکور با توجه به میزان بتای محاسبه‌شده سازه اقتصادی و اجتماعی فرهنگی بیشتر میزان تاثیر را بر توسعه کارآفرینی در شرکتهای تعاونی کشاورزی در ایران مشخص میکنند.

چکیده English

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing and investigating effective mechanisms in the development of entrepreneurship in agricultural cooperatives in Iran. The current research was a descriptive survey that was conducted in the field. The statistical population of this research included the experts of agricultural cooperative companies in Iran in the first half of 1401, whose volume was 100,000 people, and based on Cochran's formula, the maximum sample size was estimated to be 384 people. Also, the sampling method in this research was purposive sampling and the questionnaires were distributed virtually. The sampling method in this research was the purposeful sampling method, so after receiving a letter from the university and referring to the Central Organization of Cooperatives of Iran and placing the link of the questionnaire at their disposal, the link of the questionnaire was sent from the center to the employees of the cooperatives. In this research, the methods of multiple regression analysis and Pearson's correlation coefficient test were used. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the professors and the reliability of the questionnaire was above 0.7. The results of the research showed that economic, psychological and social, infrastructural, administrative-organizational and educational structures could predict 54% of the variable changes of entrepreneurship development in agricultural cooperative companies in Iran. Among the mentioned structures, according to the calculated beta of the economic and socio-cultural structure, they determine the extent of the impact on the development of entrepreneurship in agricultural cooperative companies in Iran.
