بررسی تأثیر مولفه‌های مدیریت دانش بر بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی (مطالعه موردی: واحدهای صنعتی منطقه آزاد بندر انزلی)

چکیده
امروزه دانش به‌عنوان پایه اصلی رقابت در اقتصادهای پیشرفته مطرح و مدیریت دانش جهت حفظ رقابت‌پذیری به امری ضروری تبدیل‌شده است، به‌طوری‌که نقش موثری در توسعه و بهبود کارایی و بهره‌وری سازمان‌ها دارد و استفاده از مدیریت دانش کارآمد هر سازمانی را قادر به تولید محصولات و ارائه خدمات بهتری خواهد ساخت. این تحقیق باهدف بررسی تأثیر مولفه‌های مدیریت دانش بر بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی انجام‌شده است. روش تحقیق ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازلحاظ روش و اجرا، توصیفی، همبستگی و ازلحاظ روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان شرکت‌های فعال در شهرک صنعتی منطقه آزاد بندر انزلی است. نمونه‌گیری به ‌صورت تصادفی و به تعداد 207 نفر انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد است که پس از اعتبارسنجی، بین گروه نمونه توزیع گردید. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با روش معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Smart PLS صورت گرفت. یافته‌های مطالعه نشان‌دهنده تأثیر متغیرهای مورد مطالعه بر بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی است. بر اساس یافته‌های این تحقیق می‌توان این‌طور نتیجه گرفت که بهره‌برداری مؤثر و کارآمد از مدیریت دانش، گامی مؤثر در جهت بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی به شمار می‌آید.

The emergence of the knowledge-based economy and the socio-economic transformations of societies have pushed knowledge as an essential tool for wealth and prosperity. Today, knowledge is considered as the main basis of competition in advanced economies, and knowledge management has become essential to maintain competitiveness, so that it plays an effective role in developing and improving the efficiency and productivity of organizations. The use of efficient knowledge management will enable any organization to produce/provide better products and services. Despite the fact that there is a relationship between knowledge management practices with human resources and organizational performance, there is still little consensus about which knowledge management practices should form human resource management practices related to organizational performance. This research is conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of knowledge management components on human resource productivity. The research method is practical in terms of purpose, is descriptive correlational in terms of implementation method, and is survey type in terms of data collection method. The statistical population includes all employees of companies operating in the industrial town of Bandar Anzali Free Zone. Sampling was done randomly with 207 people. The data collection tool is standard questionnaires, which were distributed among the sample group after validation. Data analysis was done by structural equation method and using Smart PLS software. The findings of the study show the impact of the studied variables on the productivity of human resources. Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that the effective and efficient use of knowledge management is an effective step towards the productivity of human resources.
