English

One of the most prominent strategies that lead to the economic development of the country is the creation of industrial clusters in different regions, and paying attention to the success factors of these clusters plays a vital role in the development of a region. Therefore, in the first stage of this research, the success indicators and components of industrial clusters were extracted using thematic analysis method, and in the second stage, factors were evaluated using the survey method. The statistical sample in the first stage was experts (25 people) and in the second stage, the manager of small and medium industries in industrial clusters (125 people). To measure the validity of the research components, the content validity method of the CVI index (value 79%) was used, and for their reliability, Cohen's kappa coefficient (value 76%) was used. In order to evaluate the extracted components and indicators, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, so that its reliability was tested using Cronbach's alpha test (value 73%) and its validity was tested using the content method (experts). SPSS17 software and LISREL8.80 software were used to analyze the research. The results showed that the number of 133 indicators or primary codes; 39 sub-themes and 14 main themes were extracted as a result of the research, and the main components in order of importance based on data analysis include: infrastructures (7/28), improving the business environment (7/09), laws (7/07), financial support (7/02), supply chain (6/25), knowledge networking (6/20), marketing (6/19), human resources (5/80), cluster communication (5/80), performance (5/76), entrepreneurship (5/68), industrial development (5/20), participation (4/98) and technology (4/29).
